Where is my User ID?

Your User ID is a unique identifier associated with your Memolli account. You may need to provide it when contacting support for help.

To find and copy your User ID:

  1. Open Memolli, open your account menu, and select Settings.
  2. Select Profile & account. On the web, you can also open Profile & account directly.
  3. Scroll down to User ID.
  4. Tap or click your ID or the copy icon next to it to copy it to your clipboard.

You can then paste your User ID into an email to [email protected], along with a description of the issue you need help with.
